Project Status

Progress as of March 5, 2024

Site:

• All curbing has been poured.
• The concrete sidewalks, public entry, and kitchen patio have been poured.
• All asphalt has been installed.
• The exterior lighting and flagpole bases, monument sign, propane tank, and emergency generator have been installed.
• The irrigation system is being installed.
• Landscaping has begun with soil amendment and plantings.

Building:

• The building’s exterior is nearing completion.  All siding and exterior finishes have been installed.
• The apparatus bay doors are being installed.
• The living portion is in the sheetrock stage.
• The apparatus bay area and supporting rooms will soon be ready for sheetrock as well.
