The civil contractor has completed most of the building site excavation. The back (West) side of the property has been cut and graded in preparation for a large block retaining wall that will run the length of the developed site. The wall construction will begin after most of the blocks are on site. There is still a substantial amount of grade to be exported to bring the East side of the site down to the level of Coho Run.
