Central Kitsap Fire & Rescue allows its multi-purpose/meeting rooms (MPRs) to be used by the general public to conduct meetings when rooms are not otherwise being utilized for District purposes. Before reserving an MPR, please review the attached forms.

To reserve a room:

  • Contact the administration building at (360) 447-3550 to reserve your date. The room key can be picked up at the administrative office during regular business hours. When returning your room key, please use the drop box at the main doors.

Available Multi-Purpose Rooms (MPRs)

Station 41: 7600 Old Military Rd NE, Bremerton, WA 98311
Occupancy: 40 people
Parking: 20 stalls available in the upper lot and 2 handicapped stalls available near the apparatus bay doors
Hours of use:  8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Station 56: 6470 Seabeck Hwy NW, Bremerton WA 98312
Occupancy: 30 people
Parking: 18 parking stalls and 2 handicapped available outside the main entrance
Hours of use:  8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Public MPR Use – Eligibility Requirements

The following list explains the eligibility requirements for non-District users who desire to reserve a room.

  • Group:  Community-based groups, non-profit organizations and government agencies are permitted to use District MPRs.
  • Event:  Meetings and free training events may be held in the District MPRs.  Parties, crafts, BBQs, for-profit solicitations, fundraisers or sales presentations are not permissible.
  • Timeframe:  Events may last up to 4 hours.
  • Reservations:  Events may be reserved up to 30 days in advance.
  • Cancellation Policy:  The District reserves the right to cancel an outside group even at the last minute should it need the MPR to carry out its operational needs. Should this occur, the group contact person will be notified immediately.
