Site:

• The landscape contractor is placing plants, trees, shrubs and topsoil per landscape plan.
• Employee parking gate has been installed and perimeter fencing is being installed.
• The stormwater retention pond has been completed.

Building:

• The building is nearing completion.
• The building has passed the envelope and air barrier testing.
• System commissioning is scheduled to begin.
• Final trim-out and cleaning is scheduled through May.
