Project Status

as of July 23, 2024

Site:

• The West side of the property has had the stormwater detention system installed.
• The North parking lot has been installed with an initial lift of asphalt laid.
• The back (West side) concrete apron for the apparatus bays has been poured.
• The utility work (gas, electricity, water, sewer, fiber, etc. is being installed on the South side of the property.
• Work on the South access is being accomplished once utility work is finished.
• Work on the front (Silverdale Way side) stormwater detention system will begin in August.

Building:

• The building exterior is nearing completion.
• The roof membrane is complete.
• All windows have been installed.
• Most of the metal siding and masonry veneer base and masonry bay door wraps have been installed.
• Mechanical, plumbing, and electrical rough-ins are complete.
• The building is being sheet-rocked.
