Project Status

as of March 5, 2024

Site:

• Excavation has been contained to the perimeter of the building footprint to mitigate winter inclement weather and runoff concerns.
• The site excavation will be expanded to prep for the North side parking and driveway in March.

Building:

• The building foundation has been completed to include all interior concrete flat work.
• The building is in the framing stage.  The North and South ends of the building will be framed first.
• Steel supporting columns are being erected, then the steel girder truss that supports the apparatus bay roof will be installed via crane by mid-March.
• The majority of the building’s shell should be framed in by April 1, 2024.
