Site:

• The below grade stormwater system and all related components have been installed.
• All utilities have been connected to the building.
• All concrete sidewalks apparatus bay aprons and curbing have been poured.
• All asphalt surfaces have been laid.
• The landscape irrigation has been installed.
• The landscaping is complete
• Security gates and fences have been installed.

Building:

• The building exterior is complete.
• The interior finishes are being completed.
• All trade trim-outs are being completed.
• The commissioning of all systems is in process.
• The building is being cleaned in preparation for furnishings.
• All furniture and equipment will be installed during the Month of February.
