- Central Kitsap Fire & Rescue has evaluated emergency response data specifically for the Seabeck area. It has been determined that emergency response capabilities and improved service can be achieved with a reduction in size of the initial design and save development costs by remaining at the current Station 53 location.
- This is possible with the addition of Fire Station 52 at Anderson Hill Rd. and Olympic View Rd. and Fire Station 57 at Seabeck Holly Rd. and Coho Run. Both stations are planned to be staffed with 24/7 fire and emergency medical personnel.
- A Site Development Activity Permit (SDAP) application and revised building plans are being finalized and will be submitted to the Kitsap County Department of Community Development by mid-March 2024.
