Mass CPR Training: A community approach to learning CPR

In cooperation with the Central Kitsap Medic One Foundation and the YMCA of Pierce and Kitsap Counties, Central Kitsap Fire & Rescue will once again be hosting a free mass CPR instruction event for the public! This training is designed for anyone with a desire and ability to learn the basic fundamentals of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) delivery and automated external defibrillator (AED) application. The key to survival is early recognition, activation, CPR delivery, and AED use. You can save a life!

Our mission is to provide our community with the tools and knowledge to be a “HERO” early in the chain for patient survival with lifesaving CPR and AED use. Instruction will be led by Firefighter/Paramedics and Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) from local fire agencies. This is an all ages event! Attendees should have the ability to grasp the content and work in a team environment.
