Emergency Medical Information

Central Kitsap Fire & Rescue strives to provide timely and efficient patient care to those in need. You can assist us by making sure your address is clearly marked, providing 911 with a good description of how to get your home, and providing responders with medical information. Having a list of the following information greatly assists us when we are trying to provide emergency medical care to you or a member of your family:
- Full name
- Date of birth
- List of medications and dosages
- Any allergies
- Medical history
Carry this information in your wallet or purse and post a copy in an envelope marked 911 on your refrigerator. Having this information available allows us to better serve our patients as quickly as possible.
